Ingredients for Tomato Dosa Recipe

  1. 4 Tomato
  2. 1 cup rice flour
  3. 1 cup semolina
  4. 1/2 cup wheat flour/Maida
  5. 4 Dry Red chillies
  6. 2 spoon Curd
  7. 1 tsp cumin
  8. 1 tsp salt
  9. Water 3 to 4 cup,to make it diluted mixture.
  10. Chopped coriander
  11. 1 Chopped onion
  12. 3-4 Chopped green chillies
  13. Oil.

How to make Tomato Dosa Recipe

  1. Chopped tomato or make a tomato puree with red chilli, salt and cumin.
  2. Take rice flour, semolina and wheat flour and mix it with tomato puree. Add 3-4 cup water as per the requirement.
  3. Now add two spoon curd and mix it again. Check the consistency of mixture.It should be diluted. If it’s not diluted than add more water.
  4. Add chopped onion, green chillies and coriander leaves in this mixture.
  5. Now your tomato dosa batter is ready. Keep it to rest for 30-45 minutes.
  6. Now take a pan and keep it to heat. Apply 2 3 drops oil over it and drizzle water. Now clean it with a napkin.
  7. Now pour batter on hot pan, your crispy dosa will be ready.
