Ingredients for making Cumin Cookies:-
- Wheat Flour – 1 Bowl
- Ghee -1/4 Bowl
- Powder Sugar – 1/4 Bowl
- Roasted Cumin Seeds – 1 tbsp
- Milk -3 to 4 tbsp
- Baking Powder – 1 tbsp
- Salt – 1 pinch (as per your taste)
How to make Cumin Biscuits:-
- Take a large bowl and combine Ghee with sugar. Whisk them together until the mixture becomes fluffy and creamy. Keep it aside.
- Now add flour and cumin seeds in a deep bowl. Sprinkle salt and mix the ingredients well. Then, add this mixture in the butter-sugar mixture and add milk. Knead the mixture for a stiff dough.
- Use a rolling pin to roll out a thick sheet of dough in a rectangle shape. Place this sheet on a glazed baking tray and use a cookie cutter to cut out small circles of the dough.
- Place the baking tray in oven and bake for 10 minutes with using convention mode 160 degree temperature or until the biscuits turn golden brown in color. Remove from oven, store in an air-tight container and serve when required.
