- 4 Tomato
- 1 cup rice flour
- 1 cup semolina
- 1/2 cup wheat flour/Maida
- 4 Dry Red chillies
- 2 spoon Curd
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- Water 3 to 4 cup,to make it diluted mixture.
- Chopped coriander
- 1 Chopped onion
- 3-4 Chopped green chillies
- Oil.
How to make Tomato Dosa Recipe
- Chopped tomato or make a tomato puree with red chilli, salt and cumin.
- Take rice flour, semolina and wheat flour and mix it with tomato puree. Add 3-4 cup water as per the requirement.
- Now add two spoon curd and mix it again. Check the consistency of mixture.It should be diluted. If it’s not diluted than add more water.
- Add chopped onion, green chillies and coriander leaves in this mixture.
- Now your tomato dosa batter is ready. Keep it to rest for 30-45 minutes.
- Now take a pan and keep it to heat. Apply 2 3 drops oil over it and drizzle water. Now clean it with a napkin.
- Now pour batter on hot pan, your crispy dosa will be ready.
