Ingredients for Cassata (Tricolor) Ice Cream Recipe:-
- Fresh fruits- as per your choice.
- Fresh Amul Cream/whipped cream or whipped cream powder/ home-made cream.
- Milk
- Food colors/food flavors
- Dry fruits/cake
Method of Cassata (Tricolor) ice cream recipe:-
- Take 1 or 2 cup whipped cream powder. Note- If you are using whipped cream powder, so don’t put extra sugar in it as whipped cream powder has sugar in it.
- Keep a vessel, put it in ice chilled water with some ice cubes.
- Add milk in whipped cream powder and beat it with beater.
- Mix fruit and food color as per your choice to make layer of different different colors.(Without fruit also you can mix food colors/flavors and freeze it).
- Just make every layer one by one. Put some grind nuts in bottom/cake.
- Put one layer of cream mixed with fruit and color and keep it for sometime in refrigerator to settle it around 30 mins. Just to make sure that layer will not combine with each other
- Than add second layer, give some time to settle it. After that add final layer.
- In bottom you can add thin layer of cake, it will taste like kasata. We added dry fruits and cherry.
- After completing all the steps, keep ice cream in refrigerator to freeze. Now your ice cream is ready.
